  • 3. What is the difference between mobile and remote online notarization (RON)?

    A mobile notarization is when we physically travel to your location—your home, office, hospital, or anywhere convenient for you—to perform an in-person signing. A remote online notarization (RON) is completed entirely online through a secure video platform. You sign documents digitally while we verify your identity and witness the signing in real-time. Both are legally valid and convenient based on your needs.

  • 4. Do I need to bring anything to my notary appointment?

    Yes, the most important thing is a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. The document that needs notarization should be completely filled out but unsigned—we’ll guide you on when and where to sign. If you have multiple signers, everyone must be present with their own valid ID.

    An apostille is a certificate that authenticates the origin of a public document for use in another country. It’s commonly required for international adoptions, dual citizenship, foreign marriages, or international business.
